Stop Motion Animation

What is stop motion animation?

• A film that simulates or looks just like something you can do in real life.

• A type of film where objects are slightly moved frame-by-frame so that when put together, they look like they’re moving.

• Images drawn on paper and then flipped to look like its moving.

For your assignment you must:

• Show all eight moon phases.

• Include labels of each phase.

• Use stop motion to film/video.

• Work respectfully with group members.

To film/video correctly, you will need to

• move object slowly and move hand out of frame before taking photo.

• draw pictures on a stack of paper and flip the paper to see film.
