• I don't really remember much about my previous jobs. It was all pretty boring, to be honest.

• Certainly! I have five years of experience in the marketing industry. In my previous role, I was responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. I achieved significant results by increasing brand visibility and driving customer engagement

Participant A: How do you handle challenging situations at work?

• When faced with challenges, I approach them with a problem-solving mindset. I remain calm and assess the situation to identify potential solutions.

• Challenging situations are such a hassle. I usually just try to avoid them or pass them on to someone else

Participant A: Why are you interested in this position?

• I'm very interested in this position because it aligns perfectly with my skills and passion for project management. I believe my experience and expertise make me a great fit for this role.

• I just need a job, and this one seems okay. I'm not really passionate about anything in particular

Participant A: Tell me about a time when you demonstrated leadership skills.

• In my previous role as a team lead, I was responsible for overseeing a group of five employees. I delegated tasks, provided guidance, and fostered a positive team culture, resulting in improved productivity and collaboration.

• I've never really been a leader before. I prefer to just do my own thing and not worry about managing others.

• Criticism is annoying. I don't really care what other people think, as long as I'm doing my job.

• I value feedback as an opportunity for growth. When receiving feedback, I actively listen, remain open-minded, and reflect on the suggestions provided.
