A cymothoid uses its hooks to attach itself to the inside of the mouth of a snapper fish and it cuts the blood vessels in its tongue causing it to dissolve. The cymothoid stays there eating on blood & stray pieces of food from the fish.

A boxer crab carries small sea anemones on its claws. When a predator approaches it waves the stinging tentacles of the anemones to scare off the predator. In return the sea anemones benefit from eating the small particles of food dropped by the crab.
