While you are standing on the bridge wing,  a crane operation is in progress. Then you have noticed that one of the crew members involved in the operation seems to have walked under the suspended load. But as you are 3 decks above the main deck, you are not sure if the personnel has indeed walked under the suspended load. What would you do?
