• Put baby on changing table

• Wash hands

• Unclothe baby

• Grab supplies

• Disinfect changing area

Third step

• Wash hands

• Put baby on changing table

• Undress child

• Wash babies hands

Fourth step

• Remove child’s clothes and put clothes in bag

• Wash hands

• Undress child

• Record in child’s daily log

Fifth step

• Put diaper back on

• Wipe baby 1 wipe per swipe

• Throw diaper away

Sixth Step

• Wipe baby 1 wipe per swipe

• Throw gloves away

• Wipe own hands

• Wash babies hands

Seventh step

• Use wipe to remove souls from hands and throw into trash

• Use wipes to wipe babies hands and put in trash

• Put diaper back on

• Record in daily log

Eighth Step

• Put diaper back on

• Wipe own hands and put in trash

• Record in daily log

• Use wipe to wipe babies hand and throw in trash

Ninth Step

• Discard gloves

• Put on clean diaper and rash cream and redress child

• Record in daily log

• Wash babies hands

Tenth Step

• Record in daily log

• Wash babies hands

• Put clean diaper on and diaper cream

• Wash hands
