• Part 1: I think Sydney had no right discussing Richies daughter
• Part 1: I think that Sydney has every right to bring up Richies daughter

• Part 2: I believe this is okay to say because Richie acts immature and his ex wife does call him Richie Bad News. This causes issues between him and his daughter, and everyone is family at the restaurant so they should know whats going on.

• Part 2: I believe this was no okay because Sydney has tried to get Richie to talk about this stuff in pervious episodes and she used it against him which causes him to react even more pissed off.
