Arrange the steps in creating a shortcut icon of MS PPT on desktop:

1. A. On the Start Menu look for MS PowerPoint.

   B. Right-click on MS PowerPoint select SEND TO then DESKTOP (create shortcut).

2. C. Click on the START BUTTON.

Arrange the steps in creating pinning icons on the taskbar:

1. A. On the Start Menu look for MS PowerPoint.

   1. B. Click on the START BUTTON.

   C. Right-click on MS PowerPoint, select MORE then click PIN TO TASKBAR.

Arrange the steps in launching MS PPT using the start button:

1. A. On the start menu look for the MS PowerPoint and click on it.

2. B. Click on the Start Button.

Arrange the steps in launching MS PPT using the search box:

1. A. Click on the Search Box.

2. B. Press enter on the keyboard.

   1. C. Type PowerPoint.

Arrange the steps in launching MS PPT using the desktop:

1. A. Double-click MS PowerPoint.

2. B. Look for MS PowerPoint shortcut icon on the Desktop.

Arrange the steps in launching MS PPT using the taskbar:

1. A. Look for MS PowerPoint icon on the Taskbar.

2. B. Click MS PowerPoint.

Arrange the steps in exit MS PPT using the office button:

1. A. Click the Office Button/File Tab.

2. B. Click on Exit PowerPoint/Close.

Arrange the steps in exit MS PPT using the control buttons:

1. A. Click on X.

2. B. Look for the Control buttons on the upper right top corner of the MS PPT Window.

Arrange the steps in opening an existing presentation through MS PowerPoint:

1. A. Click the Office Button then choose Open command.

2. B. Click the Office Button then choose Open command.

3. C. Double-click the drive icon to open it.

4. D. Double-click the presentation file.

Arrange the steps in opening an existing presentation through File Management:

1. A. Click on This PC or File Management folder.

2. B. Locate your folder by double-clicking the drive icon to open it.

3. C. Double-click the presentation file.
