Tell me a little about yourself.

• I'm 17 years old. I was born on December 12th, I've live in Fairfield, Ohio, and I enjoy eating pretzels.

• I've always been an artistic person. I love to paint, play the piano, and take photographs of birds.

• My brother and sister are great athletes but I've never been good at sports. My brother wants to be a baseball coach.

What is your greatest strength?

• Appreciating all types of people. I enjoy hearing about other people's lives, especially when they're a lot different than mine.

• I'm very intelligent. One of my teachers called me a genius. It was cool to hear that. I'm very proud of being a genius.

• I'll pass. I'm not going to brag about myself. I'm a humble person, and I don't think I'm better than anyone else.

What is your greatest weakness?

• I can't really think of one, but I know I'm not perfect. I just can't think of anything specific right now, to be completely honest.

• I'm a perfectionist. I tend to obsess over things until they are exactly how I want them. It could actually be my superpower.

• Self-confidence. I've never been a strong leader, but I would like to become one someday. I just need to keep pushing myself.

Why did you apply to work here?

• I desperately need a job. What more can I say? It's the truth, and I always tell the truth.

• I've always liked the environment here. I've been coming to this place my whole life. It almost feels like home.

• I live pretty much right across the street. See over there? My house is right over there by that gas station.

What motivates you in life?

• I'm motivated by a fear of failure. I feel like my life is always on the verge of falling apart, but I'm not going to let it.

• I want to make a lot of money. Anyone who says anything different is lying.

• No matter what I'm doing, I try to do it cheerfully. I think life is meant to be enjoyed, and I love cheering people up when I can.

What is the greatest challenge you've had to overcome in your life?

• I kept failing my driving test over and over until my mom helped me cheat on it.

• My parents got divorced a few years ago. I was angry about it for a while, but I finally forgave them. I was being pretty selfish.

• I got cut from the basketball team. The coach knows how good I am, but he doesn't like me for some reason. It's not fair.

Do you like working as a team?

• Yes, but there are always people who are impossible to work with. One rotten apple can ruin the bunch. I learned that lesson.

• Yes, I do. There's no greater feeling than working together to accomplish a goal and having people to share it with.

• Yes and no. Mostly yes, but sometimes no. Definitely more yes than no. Actually, a lot more yes than no. Final answer: Yes.

Would you be willing to come in on your day off if we really need you?

• Yes, I would certainly try. It might be a little difficult if there's football on, but I'm a team player.

• That's a tough one. I always look forward to my days off. Without them, what's the point of living?

What would the people who know you say about you?

• Ha, ha. You'd have to ask them.

• I'm sure they would say I'm an awesome person. I think most people think I'm pretty cool. I've never really been disliked.

• I think they'd start by calling me a goofball, and then maybe they'd say I'm dependable. I'm always there when they need me.
