For 사다 (to buy) and 읽다 (to read) this type of regular verbs, how do you conjugate them with (으)세요?

Even though the 듣다/묻다 or 만들다 they are irregular, when they are conjugated with -(으)세요, you can still see part of the verbs in the conjugated forms. Unlike these verbs, In Korean, when conjugated with -(으)세요, some irregular verbs lose its original form completely.

Can you explain what will happen to 있다, 먹다, 자다, and 말하다 when we conjugate them with the -(으)세요?

-(으)세요 is usually used only after verbs meaning please do an action, but it also can be used after adjectives to express wishes.
