Week9 - Post-assessment on grammar

• What would you say if you want to ask how many bottles of Soju somebody has? 

• How do you say 'Please give (me) four cups of coffee' in Korean? And how is the word order different from English?

• How do the native Korean numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 change before unit nouns? 

• What is the difference between the 하고 and 그리고? Please explain with concrete examples.

• In the sentence '우유 한 병 있어요,' Where would you put the subject particle 이/가?

• What would you say if you want one more cup of grape juice?

• What is the difference between 하고 and 과/와? (Hints: think about both the formality and when the 과/와 is used.)

• How would you space this sentence: 오렌지주스하고우유한잔더주세요. You can either type the sentence and reflect the spacing rules, or you can explain where you would like to put a space in.

• Tom has problems understanding Korean's pronunciation of some phrases, 중국하고 베트남,  빗하고 사랑,  and 밥하고 술 are the examples. Can you explain to him how these phrases may sound different from what it is written?
