Will students need to re-enroll for 03 semesters of 2024?

Before re-enrolling for 2024, students do not need to complete OES forms.

• No. Students have the option to submit a Leave of Absence (LOA) and await the outcome of their LOA request before proceeding with re-enrollment for the year 2024. OES will keep a record of their LOA, thereby exempting them from any late re-enrollment fees.

• Yes. To avoid incurring a late re-enrollment fee, students are advised to prioritize re-enrolling before submitting a request for a Leave of Absence (LOA). This approach is recommended because there is a possibility that the LOA request may not be approved.

If students already re-enrolled for 2024, can they change their enrolment for Semester 2-2024?

• Yes. As long as students follow deadline to add and drop courses.

• No. Re-enrolment means their course selection is fixed and students cannot change.
