This is the most common type of plot. It follows a chronological sequence of events, with a clear beginning, middle, and end. The story progresses in a straight line, with no major deviations or flashbacks.

Also chronological, but it is less linear and more loose. It is made up of separate character-based episodes instead of a single story.
