• 1. Continue to gather pertinent information regarding situational changes from the caller and first arriving field units

  3. Convey that information to other responding units

• 1. Maintain communications with the caller, if safely possible, until the arrival of appropriate field responders

• 1. Use all available resources to assist the field responders further
