At the bottom of page 116, Action says to Bernardo, "Who asked you to move here?" Why does Action say this?

• He's just making a joke to make Bernardo laugh.

• Action is just being friendly, and Riff wants to know the answer.

• He really wants to know who asked Bernardo to move to New York.

• Action, a Jet, wants Bernardo, a Puerto Rican Shark, to leave New York.
