MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION
2 mins • 5 pts
Your colleague at the next desk is extremely busy and another urgent request has just been dropped on her desk. You can see she is close to breaking - what do you do?
Stand up and scream "This is crazy! You are going to work us to death!"
Go over to that person and ask if they'd like to check through their priorities with you - you might have a bit of flexibility to help with some of their other tasks
Keep your head down - you are busy too and don't want to draw attention to yourself in case you get landed with more
Drop everything - this person needs you!
Ignore it - they might sit there, but they aren't part of your team

MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION
30 sec • 1 pt
When I start a project I...
Usually manage to get it finished if its a little bit late
ALWAYS finish it - no matter what!
Make sure I am really clear on what is required, by when and by whom. Then I make sure I complete the project, unless we need to reprioritise - in which case I make sure everyone is kept up to date with what is going on.
I'm really good to start with, but once it gets a bit boring I lose interest and move on to something else.
