Disability affecting a person's ability to understand written or spoken language. Has difficulty with reading, writing, listening, and/or speaking. IQ level is generally average or above average.

ADHD- What does it mean?

Disability affects a person's ability to think, problem-solve, or even take care of himself /herself. IQ level is below average.
