It was a busy day in the kitchen working as a line cook in a busy bistro, and I was responsible for preparing a popular dish that requires specific cooking techniques and plating presentations. Despite my best efforts, I noticed that the quality and presentation of the dish differ from one order to another, leading to inconsistencies in customer satisfaction and unfortunate feedback.

• When it comes down to criticism , I often listen carefully and remain open minded.
