Before opening check-in counter as a check-in staff what's your responsibility?

• To check PNL is uploaded, destination, flight timings are correct, SSR performed or not before start, seat reserve for families

• Load control staff are responsible.

• Inform terminal

• Just enter random weight and start check-in.

What are the documents required for travel?

• Ignore them and continue with the process
• Call the security immediately
• Inform the supervisor and handle the situation as per instructions
• Allow them to board without check-in

What are some visa entry conditions and limitations?

What are some important guidelines when enter APIS to systems?

If the passport only has a first name updated and NIL surname updated, then the correct way of updating ALTEA DCS is to update the name in PSN and put PFN under passenger first name;

§If passenger declares dual citizenship at the time of original check-in, the APIS details of the passport used to enter final destination shall be updated .

§Country of issue is the country that is responsible for issuing passport which is same as the nationality;

§When visa is stamped on an expired passport, passenger should be travelling with both the expired and valid passport. APIS should be updated with valid passport details irrespective of the fact that visa is stamped on the expired passport;

The alphanumeric characters to be entered with passport numbers; and Visa Control number should not be entered in place of visa number
