Initial/final and asset return

What is an initial/final report?

• A report that can be submited when investigation is completed and must include all the information available in H6 and H10.

• Every complaint should be hanndled as initial/final

• When the device evaluation results are available.

In an initial/final we should fill all the H6 codes, including findings and conclusions. Even if it is the first eMDR created for this complaint. True or false?

• The device wad evaluated in site

• The Customer reported a malfunction

• The device was returned to Olympus for maintenance or the device was a loaner

For the assesment of an asset return

• The initial assesment si going to be completed as reportable

• The new assesment will include the non reportable findings

• The new assesment will only include the reportable malfunctions.

For the H6 codes of an asset return.

• We are coding for all the malfunctions

• We are coding only problem code

• We are coding for the reportable mlfunctions only.
