Meditation verse for the Gospel of St. Mark chapters 7&8:

In Chapter 7: V. 1-23; Our Lord Jesus Christ came to teach us how not to be hypocrites and care about outward appearances, but to ask that we approach Him with all our hearts. V. 24-30: The miracle of the healing of the Canaanite woman’s daughter. V. 31-37: Our Lord Jesus Christ heals the man who was deaf and mute. In Chapter 8: V. 1-10: The miracle of feeding the four thousand with seven loaves of bread and a few small fish. V. 10-12: The Pharisees seeking from Him a sign from heaven, testing him. V. 13-21: Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees. V. 22-26: The miracle of healing the blind man. V. 27-30: Our Lord Jesus asked His disciples, “Who do men say that I am?” V. 31-33: His announcement of His sufferings and crucifixion. V. 34-38: How do we take up His cross and follow Him.
