1. Validate the customer, the result will be one of two statuses:

    a. Existing customer known to AE: If the customer is known to the AE, know the business background, and feel comfortable that it is a legitimate business, they will proceed to step 3. Please know that they will have signed off on this so if in doubt, follow step “b” below.

    b. “Unknown” customer to AE: 

                          i.CRITICAL: Verify their company website and make sure things don’t look “suspicious” (i.e. website looks makeshift, contact information doesn’t look valid, etc) 

                          ii.Check the Better Business Bureau site (BBB: The Sign of a Better Business | Better Business Bureau® ) or comparable site based on country locations

                          iii. If all looks legitimate, proceed to step 3 but if in doubt Direct Message Tina Kim for further review.

                          iv. If escalating to Tina provide account #, website address, and any 3rd party verifying site link  

2. Customer will need to acknowledge the “Customer Acknowledgment of High Risk / High Cost Call Region(s)” note drafted by legal, which is the email template below.

3. If not already, connect customer with assigned AE

4. AE will send a new email draft to the customer.

5. Once the email is received back from the customer, the rest of the steps will be performed by the AE and Sales Ops to enable the feature.
