Clause 1: Payment and Expenses

All costs and expenses ​ (a)   due to the performance of this Agreement shall be​ (b)   by the Contractor, except for those expenses expressly ​ (c)   in writing. The payment terms for the Contractor's services are set out in Exhibit A, which is attached to and ​ (d)   part of this Agreement.

Clause 2: Dispute Resolution

Clause 3: Warranties and Indemnification

Clause 4: Termination
