I am an institution who are using multiple payment link to receive donation from donors, and I want to send a notification to my donor when the payment links is paid. Am I able to customize the message of the notifaction that Xendit send to the donors?

Yes, you can customize the notification type by choosing the donation template notification on your dashboard settings and it only applicable for email

No, notification message is not customizable for all channels (Whatsapp, Email, and Viber)

No, notifications is not customizable for multiple paymet links notification message

Yes, you can customize the notification type by choosing the donation template notification on your dashboard settings and it applicable for all channels (Whatsapp, email, and viber)

What would be the best answer from you when a customer saying this "Im using payment links to receive payment from my customers, but I know that I need to pay the Xendit fee for every incoming transaction, and I'm aware that the Xendit fee will be different for each of the payment channels. Therefore, I want to add a dynamic admin fee on the payment links, so the admin fee will be adjusted following the payment channels chosen by my customer. Can you help me on how to accommodate that?"

We would not recommend you to add admin fee on payment links if your purpose is to make your customer to cover the Xendit fee. Because our fees parameter in payment links is flat and should be determined before your customer chooses the payment channel on our checkout ui. We don't have a feature to adjust the amount based on the payment channels that your customer chooses after the payment link is created.

Yes, we are able to support your use case as we have this kind of feature in payment links to change the amount for created payment links based on the payment channel chooses by your customers.

Yes you are able to do that, but please take note that our fees parameters in payment links is not dynamic. Meaning that, you will need to adjust it from your API request before the payment link is created.

Iam a merchant who are using payment links service, when I download the report from transaction tab, I could not find the details of my customer on the PDF file. Do you know why? and how is the workaround?

Yes, it is expected that customer details is not visible on transaction file that you download from transaction tab, because the incoming payment on transaction tab has no record about customer details from payment links. Therefore, we will recommend you to download the report from payment links instead, so that you are able to see customer details on the report

This is an issue, because customer details should appear on transaction file that you download from transaction tab. Let us investigate further with our team.

It happened because, you have not filter what are the parameters on the transaction tab that you want to see on the PDF file.

Yes, it is expected that customer details is not visible on transaction file that you download from transaction tab, because when invoice is paid, the customer details will not be reflected on our record. So, there is no way you can get the customer details of paid invoices.
