Jackson enters your 3rd period class without an ID badge. What is the campus procedure for no ID after advisory/RTI time?

• Send the student to the Student Center to get a new ID.

What information needs to be written on the ID wristband when it is given to a student?

• First and last name, student grade level, and the date the band is being given to the student.

• Teachers name

• Student first and last name.

• Teachers room number, student name, and date.

Once a student has been given a wristband, what does the teacher need to do next?

• Nothing

• Submit student name to the MS form letting the office know that the student needs a new ID badge.

• Send the student to the office to pick up their new ID badge.

• Call the office and ask that an ID be printed for the student.

What does it mean to be Cobra Ready?

• The teacher has checked that each student in the class: has their ID and their computer.

• The teacher has checked that each student in the class: has their phone in their pocket and a fully charged computer for the day.

• The teacher has checked that each student in the class: ate breakfast and is ready to start the day.

• The teacher has checked that each student in the class: has their ID badge on, has powered off their phone, the phone is placed in their backpack or locker, and is in school dress code.

After the advisory bell has rung, Amanda tells you she has an ID in her athletics locker and requests permission to go to the locker room to get it. What should you do?

• You let her leave your room to go to the student center and get a new ID.

• Remind her that the campus expectation is that students need to pick up their ID badges before the bell rings and that you will issue her a temporary wristband a submit her name on the MS Form for a new ID badge.

• Write her a pass and let her go to the locker room to get her badge.

• You tell her to pick it up when she goes to PE or athletics later in the day.
