First time in Indonesia in Indonesia and will not be my last, my friend offered me either oxtails or chicken soup. I chose oxtails. I am glad with my choice. The food was great and I was honestly craving oxtails. So, I have nothing to compare to.
Why is oxtail so pricey these days? It is because of three factors; availability, demand and, preparation.Because it is just a little part of the cow and has become a popular delicacy that takes some time to cook, the price of oxtail has increased over the years. it may sound strange, but it is true.
