I want to begin looking at some (a)   , experimental designs for housing

So, I’m going to start with a house which is constructed (a)   under the ground.

one the interesting things about this project is that the owners - both (a)   but not architects - wanted to be closely involved, so they decided to manage the project themselves.

what is the main goal of the project?

• Create a space that is very pleasing and Beautiful

• Design a space that was as eco-friendly as possible

• create somewhere that was as polluted as possible.

• Stay with families if they want

But at the same time they wanted to live somewhere (a)   - they’d both grown up in a rural area and dislike urban life.

where did they both grow up?

• megalopolis

• rural setting

• urban setting

• city setting

And they found a disused stone (a)   in a beautiful area.

The price was relatively (a)   , and they liked the idea of recycling the land, as it were.

As it was, the quarry was an ugly blot on the landscape, and it wasn’t (a)   any longer, either.
