Growth or Fixed?

Some students just don't have a natural talent for math. 

"Every student has the potential to succeed in this class; I just need to find the right approach for each." 

I've taught this lesson a hundred times; if students don't get it, it's their problem. 

He's always been a troublemaker; I doubt he'll ever change. 

"I'm always looking for new teaching methods and technologies to engage my students." 

"Feedback from students helps me improve my teaching methods and course materials." 

She's just not a good writer; it's not worth pushing her. 

"Even if a student struggles initially, I believe they can improve with effort and support." 

"I encourage my students to view challenges as opportunities for growth and learning." 

I'm not good with technology; that's why I avoid using it in class.
