The task of developer during the release management:

• Support QA preparation during SIT.

• Support BA to answer question from business user.

• Handover release notes (summary) for all and ongoing troubleshooting during deployment.

• Provide necessary advice to business user during release activity.

Who setup the final checkpoint preparation with relevant stakeholds?

• Technical Lead.

• Business Analyst.

• PM.

• Operation Lead.

Who execute the deployment during the release time?

• Operation Lead.

• Application Support.

• Head of IT Ops.

What developer should avoid?

• Merge from master branch to the current staging branch.

• Merge from release branch to master.

• Merge from feature branch to master.
