What is the purpose of the Bill of Rights

• To protect individual freedom and limit the government

• Protect businesses and government from individual interference

• Give people the right to do anything and say anything they want

5th Amendment

• No self-incrimination

  No double jeopardy

10th Amendment 

• Electoral College established
• Powers not granted to the federal government are reserved by the states.
• The naming of certain rights in the Constitution does not take away from the rights that are not named
