• Assume Monsieur is on a top-secret mission and will get back to you once he is safe

• He will respond immediately - who doesn't love cats!

• He wil respond to you when he gets to school the following week since he does not check his email whe he sint at school

• You should email him every 5 minutes until he responds

What happens if you use a translation service (Google Translate), AI (ChatGPT) or copy from a friend for your assignments?

• Monsieur will praise you for being resourcefull

• You’ll get a score of zero and a chance to re-do the assignment

• You'll get extra credit for creativity

• Since your French is obviously so good, Monsiuer will personally pay for your flight to France so that he can show off his new language prodigy

What should you bring to class every day?

• Your phone, so you can live-tweet the lesson

• Your charged computer, writing utensil, a folder, headphones, and dry erase marker.

• Your beret and croissant because it is French class after all

• Your friend who is supposed to be in another class for moral support

If you’re unhappy with your grade on a small assessment, what can you do?

• Complain so persistently until Monsieur changes your grade because he is annoyed

• Ignore it and hopefully it changes on it's own magically

• Schedule a time with Monsieur to re-do it

• Grab a red pen, change your 49% to a 99% and show your parents

What is Monsieur's policy on technology during class?

• Feel free to use your phone anytime, it's a free country

• You are not allowed to use technology in class unless Monsieur explicitly says you can for an educational purpose

• You can play Roblox on your phone while Monsieur speaks French, but ony Roblox!

• Use your phone to Google the answers during tests (just kidding, don't do that!)

How can you make up for work missed due to absence?

• Shrug it off; missing work doesn’t count.

• Check Schoology or see Monsieur to schedule a make-up time

• Ask a friend to do it for you.

• Convince your pet to do it for you and Monsieur will be so distracted by an animal writing French that he will just give you the points for free

What’s the best way to succeed in Monsieur’s class?

• Always do your best, bring materials daily, and participate often

• Show up, wing it and hope for the best.

• Copy from the person next to you but call it "using your resources"

• • Pay him $20 and he will make sure you have at least an 80%... $40 for a 90%

What should you do if you don’t understand something in class?

• Stare blankly until it makes sense

• Raise your hand and ask Monsieur for clarification

• Wait until the end of the year and hope it eventually clicks

• Pretend you understand and just nod along

How often should you participate in class discussions?

• Every time Monsieur asks a question, you should shout out the answer loud and proud!

• Only when you’re absolutely sure you know the answer

• Raise your hand as often as possible, even if you’re not 100% sure—you’re here to learn!

• Once a week is probably enough
