Types of disbelief are Shirk, Kufr and?

What happens to a person that do any single deed of Kufr, Shirk or Nifaq?

• A person who commits any single deed of Kufr, Shirk, or Nifaq is losing their faith and becomes believer.

• A person who commits any single deed of Kufr, Shirk, or Nifaq is losing their faith and becomes disbeliever.

• A person who commits any single deed of Kufr, Shirk, or Nifaq is losing their faith but remains muslim.

• A person who commits any single deed of Kufr, Shirk, or Nifaq is losing their faith and there is no way he/she can become muslim again.

What types of shirk are there?

• Shirk of action and shirk of intention.

If a person commits shirk or kufr, what should he/she do, to become muslim again?

According to Prophet's hadeeth, there are four characteristics of munafiq:
