What is the unmet clinical need?

What is the clinical gold standard?

What is the proposed technology to address the unmet need?

What are the advantages and limitations of the proposed technology compared to the existing state-of-the-art?

If you were the reviewer, what are the most important preliminary data you like to see to gain confidence that the project is likely to work?

This study proposes to use patient cohort to test the proposed new technology. What is the proper selection of the patient cohort? What patient cohorts are included in the study design?
