Why does Allah SWT forgive non-Muslims after they accept Islam, even though they were involved in consuming intoxications, gambling, and a lot of other sins?

• If they believe in Allah and His Messenger, Allah SWT will forgive them for their sins they committed out of ignorance even if they don't do righteous deeds

• If they believe in Allah, His Messenger, do righteous deeds and will fear Allah, Allah SWT will forgive them for their sins they committed out of ignorance.
