4.- Can I extend my J-1 visa after three years?

5.- What do I need to renew my J-1 visa program?

• Complete the Cultural Activity Report and upload to Zoho portal
• Ask my school to contact CHF to renew
• Both A and B
• Nothing. I have a visa valid for 3 years

6.- What do I need to extend my J-1 visa for the 4th-5th year?

• A contract signed by the school and myself
• A letter written by my school district on letterhead
• Proof of Health Insurance
• All three: A B & C
