• You can't. Make a new spreadsheet and start over again.

• You don't need the formula. Go ahead and manually choose a level.

Based on the standards, Tran should be moving to level 2. However, he has only been here for a semester and needs a little more time with his productive domains. Should I change one of the standards to a lower level to keep him listed as a level 1 or do I move him to level 2 as stated on the SASS?

• Discuss with the team. Tran can stay as level 2. write a note that states rationale for staying at Level 1 and create a plan to help support production.
