In ZUORA, this tab allows you to see the customer's name and account number for their Pearson+ subscription. You will also be able to see the currency (USD) and status of their payment.

Once a student begins a subscription with us, they have how many calendar days to cancel the subscription to receive a refund?

Once the student cancels the subscription the refund will begin processing and should be made available in the student's bank in how many business days.
