1. What should you do everyday when you walk into the classroom?

• Talk to your friends about your plans after school?
• Run to your seat
• Hang out by the door
• Check the board for directions/ agenda for the day

2. When can you have your cell phone out?

• When you need to look something up?
• Anytime the teacher isn't looking
• At the end of the day after 3:05
• When your mom calls you

3. What should you be doing when the bell rings and class begins?

• Waiting patiently in your seat for class to start
• Sharing water with your neighbor
• Talking to your friend across the room
• Sleeping

4. What should you be doing when the bell rings and the end of class?

• Walk out the door
• Wait quietly by your seat until the teacher dismisses you
• Sharpen your pencil
• Sleep

5. What should you do with your work when you are done?

• Leave it on your desk
• Turn it into the tray (with your name on it)
• Crumple it up and throw it across the room
• Throw it in the trash

6. Where should you throw away your trash?

• Just put it on the floor
• Throw it across the room
• Put it in the trash can CLOSEST to you
• Leave it on your desk

7. When is it okay to sharpen your pencil?

• Before class starts or when independent work begins
• When the teacher starts talking
• Never, it is illegal for students to sharpen a pencil
• Always ask Mrs. Nelson for permissino

8. If you can not find a pencil, what should you do?

• Steal your neighbors
• Nothing - you do not have to do any work that day
• Yell out in the middle of class that you need a pencil
• Borrow a pencil from the whiteboard and return it when you are done!

9. What is the #1 Classroom Expectation?

• Always try your best, even if it is difficult
• If it is difficult, just give up
• If you are not sure what to do, do nothing
• If you don't understand, just copy off of your neighbor

10. What is the #1 Social Contract Rule?

• Only respect people if they respect you first
• Always talk over other people when they are talking
• You should respect people, but not their things
• Respect the Teacher, Respect Classmates, Respect Things
