• All aircrafts, and must be carried on board

The validity of a CoA is determined by:

• system of routine inspection developed by aircraft operator and approved by state of registry

• a periodic inspection at appropriate intervals or a routine inspection approved by the state of registry which achieves equivalent results

• inspection must be in 4 years and done by approved maintenance inspector

Annex 8: CoA inspections program is developed by?
