shall hold:

• a class 1 medical assessment

• a class 2 medical assessment

The flight crew shall read back to the air traffic controller safety related

parts of ATC clearances and instructions which are transmitted by voice.

The following items shall always be read back, unless:

• QAM

• ATC route clearances

• clearances and instructions to enter, land on, take off from, hold shortof, cross and backtrack on any runway

• runway-in-use,   altimeter   settings,   SSR   codes,   level   instructions,

  heading and speed instructions and, whether issued by the controller

The phrase ”cleared via flight planned route”: AC 170-02 4.5.7.2.1

• Shall be used when granting a reclearance

• Shall not be used when granting a reclearance

• Usually used on reclearance phraseology

• Maybe used to describe reclearance instruction
