The idea about having one same retirement age for all professions, like 65 years old, is somethings that people debates on for many time. Some peoples said it is fair to everyone to retired at same age, but others think this is not so fair for everyone and should be changed. In my oppinion, the retirement age should be flexibles, depend on the job that peoples doing.

For first point, there are many job that is very physical hard such as construction worker or a miners. This kind of job makes peoples tired and have health problem if work for long time. While, another job like being a professor or office worker dont need physical effort as much and can work more years. Thus, a retirement age for all people dont makes sense because different jobs, different works condition.

Another problems is about young people cant find jobs if old ​ (a)   not retiring. When the old people stay in company too long, there is no position for the new young workers. This makes the youth unemployement rate become higher and it bad for economy. However, the opposite is also true that some old workers, they dont want to retire because they still need money or they still enjoy their job so much. This is why ​ (b)   age need to be more flexbility to fit many situation.

Although, some argue that having one age to retire is simple and it is easy for ​ (c)   to manage. But this system is not fair for every person because everyone life is different and their work is also not same. Equality doesnt mean same rules but better is make rule that can adjust to suit people need.
