What happens if my child does not pass the reading section of the GMAS?

• Nothing

• They will be retained in the 3rd grade.

• They have a second opportunity to take the GMAS in May.  From there, they can be retained if they do not pass it the second time.

• They will be automatically promoted to the 4th grade.
