• Place where Ladies Complain: If your PLC guys & gals are working through their frustrations in a safe space to commiserate.

• Professional Learning Community: If your PLC looks at data to anticipate student needs.

• Planning Lunches and Chats: If your PLCs often involve food and informal discussions.
