What should we mention to ebike owners ahead of purchase?

• The extra torque will wear through chains/ cassettes quicker that a normal bike. So it is best to avoid only using one gear.

• It is best to take off on a hill in less assistance and an easier gear to avoid extra wear on the components

• Only use the charger provided for the bike, to avoid any battery damage.

• Batteries should be stored with 50%+ charge if left for extended periods.
