How to do aerobic dancing "Iron press"

• Plug the iron in and press it against the fabric until it is smooth.

• Place a hot iron on the fabric that has been sprayed with a little water. Iron it back and forth until the wrinkles disappear.

• Bend down low, then lift your legs , Switch left and right with keep doing like this, Switch left and right.

• Clench your fists at your waist, and twist your waist with keep twisting like this, Switch left and right.
