ISO 21001 Exercise 1

1.To ensure the effectiveness of the educational management system of the University Teaching and Learning, several mechanisms have been identified by the management such as meeting at the University Level (i.e. Senate Meeting, Head of Department, Steering Committee Meeting, etc.)
