For me, the entrepreneurs who create Jugaad solutions are like alchemists.

• People who can turn ordinary metals into gold.

• People who can perform magic tricks.

• People who can solve any problem.

In other words, they mastered the art of doing more with less, which is the essence of frugal innovation.

• The original idea behind something.

• The fundamental nature or spirit of a thing.

• The corredt way to do something.

Frugal innovation is not about making do; it's about making things better.

• Coming up with a temporary solution.

• Creating things just for the fun of it.

• Managing with the limited means available.

But sadly, this more-for-more model is running out of gas, for three reasons.

• Becoming less popular.

• Losing energy or momentum.

• Becoming less profitable.

Danone was so inspired by this model that... they are planning to roll it out in the other parts of the world as well.

• Encourage it

This solution was initially designed for the Chinese market, but now it's selling like hotcakes in the US and Europe.
