Assessment in IP

A legal term used to describe the rights of creator over literary and artistic works.

It provides the patent owner with the right to decide how or wether the invention can be used by others.

It is a sign for distinguishing goods or services of one enterprise from the other industrial design.

It limits the rights of holder who are entitled to reproduce works for a limited time period.
