• for consumption

• for customs bonded warehousing

• for admission to conditional importation

• for local transfer

Unless otherwise provided for in Republic Act No. 10863, all imported goods shall be subject to lodgement of-

• an import entry

• a goods declaration

• the single administrative document

• an import entry - Internal Revenue Declaration

All goods declaration ___ shall be cleared through a formal entry process except for the goods which shall be cleared through an informal entry process

• for consumption

• for customs bonded warehousing

• for admission to conditional importation

• for local transfer

All goods declaration for consumption shall be cleared through ___ except otherwise provided.

• an informal entry process

• a formal entry process

• a split entry process

• provisional goods declaration process

The following goods shall be cleared through an informal entry process, except —

• Goods of a commercial nature with FOB value less than fifty thousand pesos

• Goods of a commercial nature with FCA value not exceeding fifty thousand pesos

• Goods of a commercial nature with FOB value exceeding fifty thousand pesos

• Goods, not in commercial quantity, imported in a passenger’s baggage or mail

Pursuant to Section 402 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, the amount as provided for goods to be entered through an informal entry shall be adjusted by the -

• President of the Philippines

• Secretary of Finance

• NEDA Director General

• Commissioner of Customs

Pursuant to Section 402 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, the amount as provided for goods to be entered through an informal entry shall be adjusted -

• every five years upon the effectivity of Republic Act No.
  10863

• 1. five years upon the effectivity of Republic Act No. 10863

• 1. every three years after the effectivity of Republic Act No.
     10863

• 1. three years after the effectivity of Republic Act No. 10863

Pursuant to Section 402 of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act, the amount as provided for goods to be entered through an informal entry shall be adjusted using the -

• 1. Consumer Price Index as published by the Philippine Statistics Authority

• 1. Consumer Price Index as published by the Department of Trade and Industry

• 1. comparative amount of goods entered through informal entry in other countries in Asia

• 1. comparative amount of goods entered through informal entry in other countries compliant to the WTO Valuation Agreement

Personal and household effects or goods, not in commercial quantity, imported in a passenger's baggage or mail are to be cleared through -

• a formal entry process

• an informal entry process

• a split entry process

• provisional goods declaration process
