Female reproductive system originated from- Mullerian duct/ paramesonephric system.

Shape of Ovary: 1. Cow- Oval shape 2. Mare- Bean shape 3. Ewe & Doe- Almond shape 4. Sow- Oval/ Mulberry shape 5. Bitch- Oval/ Mulberry shape.

The shape of the CL of mare is- Cauliflower shape.

CL of the mare not able to palpate except several days after ovulation due to presence of- Thick Albuginea covering.
