Can the vowels appear more than once in a syllable?
yes
No
Answer explanation
A syllable block can have up to only for spots but the syllable only contains one set of vowels in that syllable. Example:
E: da - r -k
K: 어 - 두 - 운 (so in this breakage of syllables all only have one set of vowels as it make up the word. Why? Because unlike English to make a sound you need a consonant and vowel together while in English the consonants make a sound by itself but cant have a word without a vowel. So to make the whole word you need the sound to do so therefore it looks like this formation of organization.)

Does ㅇ make a sound?
Yes
No
Answer explanation
Now lets use this image as for a example.
First the pink circle is the letter of discussion.
Second the 2 line of letters is the Korean we'll b looking at.
Third the bottom letter that are in English form is called romanization a way to spell it out in English but to do that you need to know Hangul to say it correctly.
Anyways the purple part of the Korean word doesn't have a lower part like the yellow side. The lower part is called a batchim. So in the yellow part you also see the same letter at the bottom and that is what we be looking at is the difference.
So the purple one its before the vowel and that is where the letter is silent (making no sound almost like its not there) but in the yellow part as the Batchim it makes a sound and that sound is (ng). So that's the difference which you can also see in the third row in romanizations. As it skips the letter and goes straight to the vowel unlike at the end where you see ng.

When the consonants have two English letters paired with it for your pronunciation benefit what does this means?
(a)
Answer explanation
When it comes to paired pronunciation it is like team work both having it shared time. So if you can find a middle ground in between the two there it will be revealed in how it sounds. Also hears a hint that in the Korean pronunciation it's a lot softer than English pronunciation and more dragged out. As in there is air still flowing out as you pronouncing it.
Ex:
E: go
K: goo
